The Coaches Clinic will have 2 levels. Advanced Level-- for the HS Varsity Coaches and 16/18 Club coaches. Developing Level-- for JV, Frosh and 12/14 Club coaches. So if you are one of those coaches who know alittle about the game and want to learn more from the people who know more this is the chance to get it right here in Portland. We have 2 former Div 1 head coaches, Marty Mozzochi from USF and Steve Suttich from Univ of Washington.
Each day of the Clinic one of these coaches will Show you the skills progressions and drills and have the players put these drills into use. By the end of the Clinic you should see over 50 drills and progressions for advanced and developing players. How the drills work, what are the emphasis of the drill and what are the key words to use.
All coaches copy, aqquire and adapt drills from other top coaches. Here is your chance to see 2 days of Great Volleyball skills and drills. Each session will be hands on for the players...... The Coaches session can be hands on or you may observe and take notes. The "hands on " will be how to run the drill, not playing.
