Outside Food and Beverages
There is no outside food or Beverages allowed inside the Courts.

Tables and Tents in the parking Lot 
Due to past abuses (garbage left, Hot BarBque ashes, Dog Poop and other fun issues) the property management has informed The Courts that there is no "Camping" , Table set ups, tents, canopes allowed to be set up in the pasking lot or on the grass areas.

RV Parking
The City of Beaverton and the property management does not allow overnight parking of RV's in any parking lots. If you are bringing your RV for the day, The Courts asks that you park your RV in the back of the facility and do not take up prime parking places. The table and tent rules still apply.

Lost and Found
The Courts are not responsible for lost or left items. Due to the amount of  lost/left behind shoes, shirts, sweats, balls, kneepads, chairs, blankets, waterbottles etc....... The Courts will hold lost and found items until the lost and found container is filled up (a large garbage can). Once this is filled we will take it to a local shelter or goodwill.  The Courts is not responsible for calling or informing you of lost items.  The Courts staff will not confirm that an item is in the Lost and found and will only  release it to you if you come inperson to pick it up and can discribe the item well.

Refunds
Rental courts-- Once you reserve a court and pay for it, it is yours. You can sell it to someone else or give it to someone else. It is a sold inventory that we may have turned away another renter. 

Reschedule or Change Fee--There is a change of reservation fee of $10 for each session that you reschedule.

Camps--
   3 months before camp- 90% refund,
   2 months before camp 50% refund*,
    1 month before camp  NO refund* , *Credit of 50% of camp fees toward another Camp or Cinic
Clinics/Classes
3 weeks before class-50% refund of class fees

Store --
If the item has no visable wear and tear(use marks/stains), the item should not have been washed. Item must come back in box or purchased container.  It can be returned and a full refund or exchange will be accepted. No other refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
